Nice staff and rooms, we loved this central hotel. The room with real air conditioning.

It had lots of meals for breakfast, including pastries and meats. The staff was accommodating at the reception desk. Favourable and best possible location close to Ny Club.

The venue was fairly clean, offered very good staff and rooms. I loved the room with real air conditioning, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The shuttle to central station was a great perk and breakfast was included.

I would recomand this hotel to everyone, such wonderful stay.

I've had a comfortable stay for four nights on a business trip. I loved staying here, as well as hotel's staff and rooms.

Breakfast was tasty, entire staff was extraordinarily friendly! I greatly enjoyed the nice bed in my economy double room. It was well-appointed and had things I needed.

Pretty average venue, nonetheless there were excellent staff and location. The breakfast had lots of options, pastries and meats.

In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with being slowly cooked by Memory Foam Mattress and Memory Foam Mattress, as for instance and that was great. Also, location was prime, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Old Botanical Gardens. Small restaurant a few steps away from the hotel.

We booked junior suite for 1 night and had a wonderful stay.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building close enough to the main train station, an early morning train, the city centre and all the amenities. Quick check-in.

The staff are best, the hotel is spotless and the breakfast is extensive. Perfect location just a short walk away from karlstor. Generous sized rooms with unique interior design.

Clean hotel, appreciated to be short walk to metro station and the Hauptbahnhof-about a 3-4 minute walk thanks to unbeatable location. Staff were absolutely fantastic and accommodating all the time. Bed was comfortable, and the room itself was cozy.

The room was particularly good and I loved the remote location. The bed was extremely comfy and it was great having WiFi, air conditioning and flat-screen television. Staff was willing to help, everything was perfect.

I came here for 2 nights and had a fine stay. I loved absolutely perfect location and my extremely spacious room. The staff was fabulous, the breakfast I had was superb. The building itself was new with a small garden.

Location was AMAZING and the hotel in general was hospitable, I truly enjoyed it. Spotless venue and truly fantastic employees.

The experience was such great, would stay here again. Breakfast was excellent - variety of food. Incredibly beautiful hotel, had a really outstanding service. Walking distance to a market and stores across the street. The setting was also just a walk down to deutsches theater.

It offers amazing prices. Place was very clean and CLASSIC. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant DENZ Coffee & More.

Fine base for a 2-night stay. Room had a wide array of facilities, including climate control and WiFi. Main train subway station you can get within 10 minutes walk.
